Yes, only juice. One of the biggest reason to do a juice fast is
to allow the digestive system to “take a nap”. When you extract juice from
fruits and vegetables, it is then that it’s at its easiest form to digest. This
allows the body to take the energy that it would normally use for digestion and
put it towards detoxing and purifying the body. When you add “snacks” in this
