Should I put protein powder in my juice?

I don’t recommend it. It’s more work for the digestive system. Also, if you use spirulina, hemp seeds, or chia seeds, there is no need for a protein powder. If you really feel the need to use protein powder, get one that is organic, gluten free, and vegan. This will be the easiest for your Digestive system.
