This juice is not for beginners that don't yet have a liking for green juice. I still have to chug this one. While it may taste very "green", it is incredibly good for detoxing. If you need to blend in a banana with the juice to make it tolerable, that is okay.
Ingredients:
1 Handful of spinach
1 Handful of parsley
1 Cucumber
2 Celery Sticks
1 Zucchini
1 lime
1 slice of ginger
1 banana (blended; optional)
