How much juice should I drink in a day?

I drink about 5 16oz juices a day. Again, every person is different, so you may find yourself drinking a little more or less a day. Drinking more will not prevent you from losing weight as fast. Listen to your body. Know the difference between hungry and thirsty. The great thing about eating/drinking healthy is that if you are hungry you can eat; no matter what time it is or how much you’ve already eaten. If you are hungry….have a juice.
