When can I start working out after I start my fast?

Take it easy the first week. You will be weak while your body goes through detox. All of the energy that you have you want to allow your body to use to push toxins out. After the first week gauge how you feel. Start out light and ease into it. Every person is different, so learn to listen to your body. Don’t push yourself too hard.
